Alexandra Pearl currently serves as a Senior People Partner at Samsara since June 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources and employee experience. As Principal Consultant at Pearl Advisory Group LLC since August 2020, Alexandra specializes in leadership development and talent strategy. Prior roles include Senior Director of HRBPs and Employee Experience at Hyperscience, where Alexandra led global teams focusing on culture and engagement, and various positions at Knotel, Samsara, DigitalOcean, and PepsiCo, showcasing a strong background in HR business partnering and talent development. Alexandra holds an M.A. in Clinical Psychology and a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Pepperdine University.
