Crystal Serrato

Crystal Serrato has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Crystal currently holds the position of Director of Technical Recruiting at Samsara, starting in December 2021. Prior to that, Crystal worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition from February 2013 to December 2021. Crystal also served as a Partner at Lab 8 Ventures from July 2012 to February 2013 and as the Head of Talent at Intent Media Inc. from May 2011 to July 2012.

Crystal gained experience as a Technical Recruiter at Google from April 2010 to May 2011 and at Amazon.com from November 2005 to March 2010. Crystal started their career as a Technical Recruiter at Microsoft in June 2005, and prior to that, they worked at Volt Technical Resources from October 2002 to May 2005.
