Sam King has extensive experience in customer success and management roles. Sam'smost recent position was as the Manager of Scaled Customer Success at Samsara, where they were responsible for leading account expansion and retention for Starter tier customers. Prior to that, Sam worked at Gartner, where they held various roles, including Senior Manager of Customer Success - Marketing, Team Manager of Customer Success - Strategic Accounts, Team Manager of Customer Success - Marketing, Team Manager of Customer Success - Invest, and Customer Success Manager - Invest. Sam had global responsibilities and led teams that supported clients in various industries, including high tech, telecom, marketing, and investment. Sam demonstrated strong leadership skills and achieved significant improvements in client engagement and retention.

Sam King attended Florida State University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics & Political Science. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Applied Economics at Florida State University from 2010 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Sam King obtained a certification in Inbound Marketing from HubSpot in November 2016.
