Supriya Suresh

Supriya Suresh has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Supriya currently serves as the Head of Sourcing and Procurement at Samsara since October 2021. Prior to this, they held various positions at Cisco Meraki starting in April 2015. Their roles at Cisco Meraki include Director of Strategic Sourcing & Transformation from July 2019 to October 2021, Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing from April 2018 to June 2019, and Manager of Global Supply Chain from April 2015 to March 2018.

Before joining Cisco Meraki, Supriya worked at Schneider Electric from October 2011 to April 2015. There, they held the position of Supply Chain Transformation Manager and played a crucial role in new product launches and high visibility transformational programs. Supriya was also part of an accelerated leadership program reserved for the top 2% of the global workforce. During their time at Schneider Electric, they achieved significant milestones such as optimizing the supply chain network to improve customer delivery times by 50%, implementing late stage differentiation to reduce SKU complexity by 20%, and driving cost reduction of 35% for EAJP customers by changing the downstream logistics flow.

Their earlier experience includes a role as a Procurement Engineer at Petrofac from May 2009 to October 2010. Throughout their career, Supriya has showcased expertise in sourcing, procurement, supply chain management, and driving operational efficiency.

Supriya Suresh completed their education in a chronological order. In 2006, they attended the Coimbatore Institute of Technology, where they pursued a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. After that, they joined the S P Jain School of Global Management in 2008, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Supply Chain. Later, they enrolled at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and completed the Schneider Electric Leadership Development Program in 2014.
