Ed Brunyee

Ed Brunyee has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Ed co-founded SamsonVT in December 2017 and currently holds the position of Co-Founder. In July 2019, they joined seaV as a Director. Prior to this, they worked at MariTrace as a Big Data for Shipping Specialist from November 2017 to February 2020. In March 2017, Ed worked at RBC Capital Markets in the role of IBD - Consumer and Retail M&A for a brief period of four months. Ed started their career at Deloitte UK in September 2011, specializing in Private Equity Transactions and Entrepreneurial Business. Ed worked at Deloitte for a substantial period of six years, until February 2017.

Ed Brunyee completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance at the University of Southampton from 2007 to 2010. From 2011 to 2014, they pursued the ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) certification at ICAEW. Ed also passed Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exam in 2014, as certified by the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute. Prior to their university studies, Ed attended Truro and Penwith College from 2005 to 2006 and Truro School from 2003 to 2005.
