Scott Kim

Scott Kim has a diverse work experience in the biotechnology and laboratory industry. Scott started their career as a Lab Analyst at Bureau Veritas Group, where they performed routine microbiology testing and reported results in LIMS. In 2015, they joined Samsung Biologics as an Assistant Manager in QC Microbiology, where they were responsible for conducting microbiology tests and extensive investigations for out-of-specification (OOS) and deviations. Scott then moved on to become a Senior Scientist in QC Tech Transfer, where they managed QC test method implementation and reviewed related documents. Currently, Scott serves as a Lead Specialist in Quality Assurance at Samsung Biologics, where they review Quality related documents, participates in process improvements, and acts as a point of contact for clients.

Scott Kim attended the University of Toronto from 2004 to 2011, where they obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science degree. Scott'smajor was in Biology, with a minor in Environmental Science.
