Dibakar Roy

Dibakar Roy has worked in various HR roles over the years. Dibakar started their career as an HR Executive at Metro Tel Works, where they were responsible for recruitment and generalist tasks. Dibakar then moved on to Spectra Televenture Pvt. Ltd as an Assistant Manager-HR, where they focused on recruitment strategy and planning. Dibakar then joined Huawei Technologies India as a Senior Executive HR, responsible for managing payroll, benefits, and compliance. Dibakar'snext role was at Samsung Electronics, where they served as an HR Payroll Manager for South West Asia, overseeing payroll operations and statutory compliance for multiple countries. Currently, Dibakar holds the position of Chief Manager - Compensation Benefit & Payroll Operation at Samsung Display. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in payroll management, employee grievance handling, and recruitment.

Dibakar Roy began their education in 2004 at the University of Madras, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on International Business. Dibakar completed this program in 2007. Following this, from 2007 to 2009, Dibakar attended NIMS New Delhi, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree specializing in HR & MKT.
