Sungoh Hwang

Sungoh Hwang is a prominent figure in the field of software development and mobile broadcast networks, currently serving as the Head of Samsung R&D Canada and previously holding titles such as Principal Software Development Engineer and Director/Principal Engineer at Samsung Electronics. Hwang has also contributed to international standards as the WG 8063 3D international standard TF Chair at TTA, the S12 3D Broadcast Vice Chair at ATSC, and the BCAST WG Chairman at OMA. Hwang holds a Ph.D. in Mobile Broadcast Network from Yonsei University and a Master’s degree in Communication from Hanyang University.
