Renato Mandic

Renato Mandic has extensive experience in software development and functional safety in the battery systems industry. Renato served as the Head of Software Development at Samsung SDI Battery Systems GmbH from January 2019 to present. Prior to that, they held the same position at Samsung SDI Battery Systems from May 2015 to January 2019. Before joining Samsung, they worked at Magna Steyr Battery Systems as the Head of Software & Functional Safety from 2007 to May 2015.

Renato Mandic completed their education from 1984 to 1988 at the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu. Renato earned a degree in Control Systems and was awarded the title of Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) upon graduation.
