Carolyn Clarke

Carolyn Clarke has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Carolyn started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Samuel, Son & Co., where they assisted in creating a company handbook and participated in the hiring process. Carolyn then served as a Human Resources Administrator, where they maintained employee records and collaborated with the HR team on various initiatives. Carolyn then progressed to the role of Human Resources Coordinator, where they handled employee actions, conducted background checks, and responded to employee relations claims. Carolyn further advanced to become a Human Resources Generalist, taking ownership of a webinar series and cultivating relationships across all levels of the organization. Currently, Carolyn is a Human Resources Business Partner at Samuel, Son & Co., where they focus on employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations. Prior to their time at Samuel, Son & Co., Carolyn worked as a Generalist at Victoria's Secret from 2014 to 2018.
