Rohit Dhanda

Rohit Dhanda's work experience begins in 2008, when they started as a Research Assistant and Master of Science candidate at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. From 2008 to 2011, they also worked as a Grad Student at the University of Saskatchewan.

In 2011, they became a Research Analyst at Noble Resources Ltd, where they served until 2014. During this time, they provided research and analysis on various topics related to agribusiness.

From 2014 to 2017, Dhanda worked at BTG Pactual as a Manager & Senior Analyst. In this role, they were part of a team responsible for building an agribusiness strategy and providing risk analysis for G&O crops in India, Canada, Australia, and the Middle East and North Africa.

In 2018, Dhanda joined Rabobank as a Manager in Food & Agribusiness Research. Rohit stayed with the company until 2019.

Since 2019, Dhanda has been working at Samunnati as the Lead for International Debt Sourcing & Strategic Alliances. In this role, they have been responsible for building the company's debt portfolio, sourcing credit enhancement guarantees, and managing relationships with DFIs.

Throughout their career, Dhanda has gained experience in research, analysis, strategy development, and relationship management within the agribusiness sector.

Rohit Dhanda has a solid educational background spanning over several years. Rohit completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture, Agriculture Operations, and Related Sciences from Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Plant Sciences at the University of Saskatchewan, graduating in 2011. To enhance their business knowledge, Rohit enrolled in the Welingkar Institute of Management from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Recently, in 2022 and 2023, they attended the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management to become a Certified Expert in Sustainable Finance. Rohit Dhanda's educational journey reflects a strong commitment to both scientific and managerial disciplines.
