Carl Kropacz

Carl Kropacz has over 30 years of experience in procurement, starting as a Purchasing Clerk at Crompton Lighting Ltd in 1987. Carl has worked in various roles such as Buyer, Purchasing Manager, and Head of Procurement at companies like Agent Plant Group Ltd, Sutcliffe Leisure Ltd, and Hain Daniels Group. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Procurement (Packaging) at Samworth Brothers since 2018. Throughout their career, Carl has managed a wide range of spend categories and demonstrated strong skills in supplier selection, contract negotiation, and cost reduction initiatives.

Carl Kropacz attended Don Valley High School from 1980 to 1986.
