Ingrid Sullivan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management, housing assistance, and education. Currently serving as the HOPWA Program Manager at the San Antonio AIDS Foundation since February 2021, Ingrid has also held roles such as Director of Administration at the Temple of the True and Living God and Case Manager/Housing Specialist at the BEAT AIDS Coalition Trust. Founded in 1986, our mission at the San Antonio AIDS Foundation (SAAF, /sāf/) is to prevent the spread of HIV and provide comprehensive services to individuals affected with HIV/AIDS. Our services include prevention education services, free HIV and syphilis testing, in-house special care facility, behavioral health counseling, medical and social case management, a transitional housing program (the first in San Antonio to offer such housing to transgender individuals), a 365-day-a-year hot meals program for HIV-positive people in the San Antonio area, oral health care referrals and more.
