Patricia Goldspink

Patricia Goldspink has extensive experience in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as Benefits Manager at San Antonio Water System since November 2017, where responsibilities include educating employees on benefit policies, coordinating retirement processes, and developing communication programs. Prior experience includes roles at UT Health San Antonio as an International Visitor Advisor, where knowledge of federal immigration regulations was applied, and at USAA, where Patricia held various HR positions, focusing on employee benefits administration, new hire orientation, and vendor performance management. Patricia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from the University of the Incarnate Word between 2015 and 2017.
