Brad Fay

Brad Fay is an experienced executive in the financial services industry, currently serving as EVP and Chief Business Development Officer at San Blas Securities since September 2019. Prior to that role, Brad held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer at IFS Securities from 2015 to September 2019. Earlier in career, Brad was a founding executive at GunnAllen Financial, functioning as CFO, COO, CAO, and EVP of Business Development from February 1997 to May 2009, overseeing the firm's recruiting area. Brad's extensive experience also includes serving as EVP at various regional and national firms from October 1987 to February 1997, where responsibilities included branch business development and operations management for teams of 30-50 financial consultants. Brad holds a degree from Southern Connecticut State University, completed from 1980 to 1984.
