Filippo Pagani is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as the Group Corporate Executive Chef at Modern Food Company Ltd. since October 2019, Filippo also holds the title of Executive Development Italian Chef at San Carlo, where work has been ongoing since December 2011. Born 42 years ago in Cortina D'Ampezzo near Venice, Filippo comes from a rich lineage of chefs, which inspired an early passion for cooking. Filippo's academic background includes studies at Università Ca' Foscari Venezia.
