Francesco Scafuri is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef at San Carlo Restaurant Group since January 2022, Francesco also holds the position of Chef and Operator at Tre Ciccio, where involvement began in February 2018. Additionally, roles as Chef Director and Head Chef have been undertaken at the Individual Restaurant Company and Chop House, respectively. A graduate of IPSAR Roberto Virtuoso Salerno, Francesco obtained a diploma between 1996 and 2001, contributing to a solid foundation in culinary arts.
