Debra Elaine Fowler is a versatile professional with extensive experience in voice talent and education. Currently, Debra Elaine serves as a Voice Talent at Debra Elaine Voice since May 2017, while also contributing to music education as a Music Educator for the San Carlos School District since September 1999. Previous roles include Human Resources Director at The Lamp Project from November 2011 to October 2014, Program Manager at Music for Minors from May 2007 to May 2011, and Healthcare Specialist at Stanford Health Care from October 1978 to October 1985. Debra Elaine holds a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Indiana University Bloomington, a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management from Regis University, and two Associate degrees from De Anza College in Health Services and Liberal Arts.
