Gordon Permann

Gordon Permann has been associated with the San Diego Air & Space Museum since April 1981, serving in various roles including Curatorial Assistant, Docent, Research Assistant, and Volunteer. The experience began as a Petty Officer in the US Navy, leading to community involvement. Additionally, Gordon volunteered at the USO from March 2017 to December 2019, where a wide range of volunteer activities includes teaching ESL, managing libraries, running educational programs for students, and providing support in several local schools. Gordon has a history of interacting with notable individuals, including astronauts and military personnel, throughout a dedicated career in community service.
