Jael Castillo

Jael Castillo has a diverse work experience starting from an internship at The Lyceum Theater in 2012, where they gained computer literacy skills. Jael then worked at Starbucks as a Team Supervisor, focusing on managing tasks, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies to improve portfolio performance. Jael also worked at Amazon as a Drive Partner, efficiently operating box trucks and delivering packages. Jael then became a Team Lead Manager at Cross Border Express, where they proactively designed and implemented work processes to improve customer satisfaction and revenue. Jael later worked at Chase as an Associate Banker, providing exceptional service and building relationships with clients. Jael then joined Medium as a Web Content Writer, showcasing exceptional research, writing, and storytelling abilities. Additionally, Jael worked as a Blogger at Tumblr, and prior to that, they worked as a Writer, proficient in developing various written content and crafting compelling messages. Currently, Jael is working at San Diego County Credit Union in a Support Resource Pool role, connecting clients with advisors and assisting them in reaching specialized objectives.
