Oscar A. Felix

Oscar A. Felix, Ed.D., currently serves as Principal at the San Diego County Office of Education since September 2019, following a tenure as Assistant Principal at Carlsbad Unified School District (June 2016 - September 2019) and Oceanside Unified School District (January 2012 - June 2016). With extensive experience in educational counseling, Felix began as a Counselor at Oceanside Unified School District and then Sweetwater Union High School District, where developmentally-focused guidance programs were established. Felix holds an Ed.D. in Urban Education and Leadership from USC Rossier School of Education, alongside two Master's degrees in Educational Leadership and Educational Counseling from National University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UC San Diego.
