Chris Thibodeaux, MS - LEPSL has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Chris began their career in 1991 with the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Logistics Director and Senior Analyst until 2012. During this time, they also held positions such as Operations Manager, Training and Director of Recruiting and Marketing.

In 2011, Thibodeaux worked as the Director of Housing/Facilities at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. Chris managed a housing program with 7,500 single-family housing units and provided oversight of a public-private venture partnership.

From 2008 to 2011, Thibodeaux served as the Logistics Director for the I Marine Expeditionary Force, where they managed logistics programs and supervised accountability processes for a $1 billion equipment inventory. Chris identified excess equipment stocks, leading to more efficient inventory procedures and reduced expenses.

Thibodeaux also gained experience in the private sector, working as a Consultant/Operations and Logistics SME at DynCorp International from 2012 to 2013. Thibodeaux served as a Senior Analyst/Instructor/Site Lead at ITA International from 2014 to 2017, providing instructional support and exercise design for the Navy Expeditionary Warfighting Development Center.

Their most recent position was as the Support Services Director at the San Diego County Sheriff's Office, where they were responsible for the Facilities and Special Projects and Fleet Management divisions. Chris oversaw more than 40 facilities and managed over 2.9 million square feet of real property.

Chris first earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in U.S. History from Tulane University between 1987 and 1991. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Law Enforcement and Public Safety Leadership from the University of San Diego Online, completing the program from 2019 to 2021.

In addition to their degrees, Chris Thibodeaux has also undertaken various professional development courses. Chris completed the Senior Management Institute for Police at the Police Executive Research Forum in 2023.
