Dan Shulman

Dan Shulman has extensive experience in strategy and operations, primarily at San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) since December 2002. Shulman has held multiple leadership roles focused on agile transformation, including Strategy and Operations Manager, Agile Transformation Leader, and various Product Owner positions, overseeing the transition to an agile framework across various teams. Significant achievements include the launch of agile teams, the implementation of key projects such as Community Choice Aggregation, and leading IT operations under Agile Scrum methodologies. Prior to SDG&E, Shulman held project management roles at Blue Oasis Technologies, Zamba Solutions, and Accenture, contributing to major initiatives in the technology and customer service sectors. Shulman holds a B.S. in Math and Physics with a minor in Computer Science from UCLA.
