Hollie Bierman

Hollie Bierman serves as the Director of Customer Programs at San Diego Gas & Electric, where oversight includes strategy, management, compliance, and operations related to customer assistance, renewable energy, energy efficiency, and demand response programs since June 2011. Prior to this role, Hollie held the position of Senior Counsel at SDG&E, focusing on complex contracting strategies for capital projects and government infrastructure deals. Experience also includes serving as a Research Attorney at Sempra Energy, representing small and mid-size technology companies as an Associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, and contributing to the U.S. Attorney's Office as a Law Clerk. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of San Diego School of Law and a M.A. and B.A. in Politics from Brandeis University.
