Myriam Mendoza

Myriam Mendoza currently serves as the International Business Affairs Coordinator at the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce as of March 2024. Previously, Myriam held the position of District Representative for State Senator Steve Padilla at the California State Senate from April 2023 to March 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Community Engagement Fellow for County Supervisor Terra Lawson-Remer at the County of San Diego from November 2021 to March 2023. Myriam also contributed as a Campaign Volunteer for the Southwest Regional Council of Carpenters and participated as volunteer staff in political campaigns for Cipriano Vargas for Mayor of Vista and Todd Gloria for Mayor of San Diego. Myriam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Point Loma Nazarene University and an Associate of Arts in Political Science from San Diego Mesa College.
