Austin Fleishour

Austin Fleishour, J.D., serves as the Director of Philanthropy & Strategic Partnerships at the 49ers Foundation, where responsibilities include leading development, brand marketing, and fundraising initiatives to advance programs that educate and empower Bay Area youth. With a strong background in corporate partnerships and social impact, Austin previously held roles at Special Olympics and Baker Donelson, providing expertise in negotiating complex agreements and managing partnership portfolios. Early in Austin's career, experience included legal roles with the Nashville Predators and NCAA compliance for the University of Tennessee Athletics, alongside community relations efforts with the Tennessee Titans. Austin earned a Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
