Jenti Vandertuig

Jenti Vandertuig has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. They started their career in 1990 as a Procurement Specialist at the City of Sunnyvale, where they excelled in operational support and achieved high customer satisfaction. They also implemented cost-saving measures and established procurement policies. In 2001, Vandertuig joined the County of Santa Clara as the Chief Procurement Officer and Solution Program Leader. They served in this role for 17 years, overseeing a large budget and managing procurement processes for 15 cities. In 2019, Vandertuig moved to the San Francisco 49ers as the Director of Procurement. Most recently, in 2020, Vandertuig joined Procurement Foundry as a Member.

Jenti Vandertuig completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Madras University in 1983. In 1994, they obtained a Diploma in Management Certificate from the City of Sunnyvale. In 2010, Jenti attended the Leadership & Transformation Program at Stanford University's Center for Professional Development. Most recently, in 2016, they participated in the Creating Collaborative Solutions: Innovations in Governance program at Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education. They also obtained a certification in the same program from Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education.
