Tucker Baksa

Tucker Baksa is an experienced sports management professional currently serving as the 49ers PREP Senior Manager for the San Francisco 49ers, where responsibilities include developing and evaluating community programs and initiatives. Baksa has held various positions within the 49ers organization since 2012, including Manager of Youth Programs & Fan Engagement and Youth Programs Coordinator, focusing on community relations and youth sports. Prior experience includes event management roles at Stanford University and Santa Clara University, as well as serving as Lead Recreation Leader for the City of Gilroy, overseeing youth and adult sports programs. Baksa holds a Master of Arts in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Administration from San Diego State University.
