Kevin Rogers

Kevin Rogers oversees budgeting, financial reporting, accounting and finance, IT, and operations at San Francisco AIDS Foundation. With more than 20 years of executive management experience, Kevin provides strategic oversight of the financial, business, and compliance activities in conformity with legal, regulatory, and established best practices. Together with the CEO and executive staff, Kevin ensures that SFAF is fulfilling its mission in accordance with the agency’s strategic plan and goals with a commitment to transparency to donors, funders, and the community.

Kevin served as interim CEO of SFAF in 2021. Before joining SFAF, Kevin was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer for the California Water Environment Association (CWEA), where he managed the association’s finances, operations, and legal and human resource requirements. In this role, he developed and implemented strategic plans for the association and its 10,200 members in collaboration with the Executive Director and Board. Prior to joining CWEA, Kevin was the President of an early-stage online business developed by the International Association of Business Communicators, a San Francisco-based non-profit association. Kevin has also provided financial and operations leadership to GE Capital’s San Francisco-based global container leasing entity as the Director of Technology and Chief Information Officer.
