Julian Pancoast

Vice President, Development at San Francisco Giants

Julian Pancoast has a diverse work experience in the field of development and project management. Julian started their career as an Associate at Communitas Development Inc, where they advised a public trust on the redevelopment of a historic district within a national park. Julian then worked as an Associate at TransACT before joining the Maryland Department of Transportation as a Project Manager, focusing on Transit-Oriented Development. Julian later joined Lennar Urban as a Development Manager and Assistant Project Manager, where they gained valuable experience in managing development projects. Currently, Julian is working with the San Francisco Giants as the Vice President of Development, overseeing the Mission Rock project, a mixed-use neighborhood with various commercial and residential developments. Throughout their career, Julian has proven their expertise in development and project management.

Julian Pancoast has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of British Columbia, which they obtained between 1998 and 2004. Julian then went on to pursue further education at Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation, where they completed a Master of Architecture degree between 2007 and 2010. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from the same institution, which they obtained in 2011.
