Michael Schwartze has a diverse work experience in the field of baseball analytics. Michael started their career as an Undergraduate Manager at Seattle University Baseball, where they managed the team's video system and maintained pitch charts for pitchers. Michael then worked as an Associate Scout for the Cincinnati Reds, contributing to scouting efforts for the team.

Michael later joined Driveline Baseball, Inc as a Research Analyst, where they conducted research in baseball analytics. Michael then transitioned to Amazon, where they worked as a Financial Analyst, analyzing financial data and providing insights.

After gaining experience at Amazon, they returned to the baseball industry and joined the San Francisco Giants. Michael started as an Analyst and gradually progressed to Manager, Baseball Analytics, and is currently serving as the Director, Baseball Analytics. Their role involves utilizing data and analytics to make strategic decisions for the team.
