M. Lula Magallon

M. Lula Magallon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public service and law enforcement. Currently serving as the Business, Crime and Intelligence Project Leader for the San Francisco Police Department since July 2019, M. Lula has also held a Business Analyst position within the City & County of San Francisco since June 2014. Prior experience includes a significant tenure as Training Manager/Fiscal Officer at the SFPD Academy from June 2000 to June 2014, where M. Lula demonstrated exceptional communication skills and the ability to motivate others through thoughtfully designed training programs. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Public Administration from San Francisco State University and an Associate's degree in Administration of Justice from City College of San Francisco.
