Jay Halva

Jay Halva is the Assistant Regional Planner at San Joaquin Council of Governments. Prior to that, they were the E-Commerce/Warehouse Manager at Kevin's Natural Foods from March 2020 to October 2021. Jay also interned at Bank of Stockton from May 2019 to July 2019 and was an analyst at Eberhardt Student Investment Fund from January 2019 to December 2019.

Jay Halva received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the Pacific's Eberhardt School of Business. Jay also attended San Joaquin Delta College and received certification from Bloomberg in Bloomberg Market Concepts.
