Erin Shiroma

Erin Shiroma has extensive experience in educational leadership, having served at San Jose Charter Academy since August 1998 in various roles, including Superintendent - Principal, Principal, Vice Principal of Curriculum and Instruction, Reading Curriculum Coordinator, and 2nd Grade Teacher. Erin Shiroma also worked as a Literacy Trainer at EdisonLearning from April 1999 to June 2010. Erin Shiroma holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Leadership from Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology, obtained between 2014 and 2017, as well as a Master of Science (MS) in Educational Leadership and Administration from Pepperdine University (2005-2006), a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Education from Claremont Graduate University (1997-1998), and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Communications from the University of Washington (1992-1996).
