Brian Shab

Brian Shab is currently serving as the Deputy Chief of the Bureau of Field Operations at the San Jose Police Department. Prior to this role, Brian held positions such as Police Captain in the Western Division and Police Lieutenant overseeing various investigative units. With a background in the United States Army Reserve as a Sergeant and Team Leader, Brian brings a wealth of experience to their current leadership role. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Management and is currently enrolled in the California POST Command College Executive Development Program.
