Heather Randol has a diverse work experience, primarily in law enforcement. Heather started their career in 1998 as a Police Officer with the San Jose Police Department and steadily climbed the ranks, serving as a Police Sergeant from 2009 to 2015, Police Lieutenant from 2015 to 2018, and Police Captain from 2018 to 2019. Heather then held leadership positions as the Deputy Chief of the Bureau of Investigations from 2019 to 2020, the Bureau of Field Operations from 2020 to 2021, and currently as the Deputy Chief of the Bureau of Administration. Prior to joining the police department, Heather worked as a Behavioral Therapist and Office Manager at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC. from 1996 to 1998.
