Sheila Billings

Sheila Billings has been a middle school teacher and instructional coach at San José Unified School District since August 2011. Additionally, Sheila has served as an instructional coach and middle school language arts/social studies teacher at Union School District. Sheila is also a school board trustee and a community education advocate. Sheila holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Education with a minor in Business from Loyola Marymount University. Additionally, Sheila earned a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from San Jose State University in 2014.
