Suzy Papazian

Suzy Papazian is the current General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at San Jose Water. Suzy has over fifteen years of experience as a corporate attorney, advising clients on a variety of legal matters pertaining to finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate securities, and employment.

Papazian began their career as an associate attorney at The Corporate Law Group in January 2000. Suzy remained with the firm for six years, before moving on to their current position at San Jose Water. Throughout their career, Papazian has provided legal counsel and guidance to numerous private and public companies, helping them navigate the complex legal landscape of today's business world.

Suzy Papazian has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Université de Montréal. Suzy is a current member of the State Bar of California, and a former member of the Barreau du Québec.

They are on a team with Andrew F. Walters - Chief Administrative Officer, John B. Tang - VP Regulatory Affairs & Government Relations, and Curtis A. Rayer - Vice President Operations. Their manager is Eric W. Thornburg, Chairman, President & CEO .
