Claudia A. Peterson

Claudia A. Peterson has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Claudia A. currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources for the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District since January 2024. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Employee Relations for the same district from July 2022 to January 2024. Previously, they worked as the Director of Human Resources for Lockhart ISD from August 2017 to June 2022. Before that, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at LogistiCare from March 2017 to July 2017, and at Management & Training Corporation from April 1998 to March 2017.

Claudia A. Peterson has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management from Concordia University-Austin.
