Carlye Duckworth

Carlye Duckworth has extensive experience in human resources. Carlye has held various roles throughout their career, including Director of Human Resources at San Pasqual Band Of Mission Indians from 2018 to present, Director of Human Resources at Guthy-Renker Ventures, LLC from 2017 to 2018, and Director of Human Resources at San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians from 2016 to 2017. Carlye has also worked in different positions at Guthy|Renker from 1997 to 2016, including Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Manager, HR/Benefit Specialist, and Product Development Assistant. Carlye's expertise lies in leadership development, coaching, employee relations, talent acquisition, policy development, and compliance with labor laws.

Carlye Duckworth completed a Certificate in Human Resources Management at the University of California, Riverside in 2006. Prior to that, they studied Human Resources Management and Services at the College of the Desert and Business Administration and Management, General at Mt. San Antonio College. Additionally, Carlye has obtained several certifications including PHR (Professional in Human Resources) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2003 and Employee Benefits Administration from Employers Group in October 2001.
