Apolinar Quesada

Apolinar "Paul" Quesada is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the School Principal for San Rafael City Schools since July 2020. Prior to this role, Quesada was the Middle School Principal at Alhambra Elementary School District from July 2019 to July 2020. From July 2011 to June 2019, Quesada held positions as Director of Crisis Response & Emergency Preparedness and Principal within the San Francisco Unified School District. Quesada holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Leadership and Administration from Northern Arizona University and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix.
