Samantha Reeves has extensive work experience in various roles. Samantha currently works at Sana Commerce as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager. Prior to this, they were a Customer Success Manager at Radancy DACH, where they were responsible for delivering and following up on customer needs and feedback, analyzing success data, and suggesting optimization measures. Later, in 2016, Samantha enrolled in the Chamber of Commerce (IHK) Stuttgart once again, this time pursuing a Professional of Technical Management degree in Mechanical Engineering. Samantha completed this program in 2018.

The most recent phase of Samantha's education took place from 2018 to 2021 at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Digital Media.
