Debora Nakamatsu

Débora Nakamatsu is an accomplished nutritionist and educator with extensive experience in both academic and clinical settings. Currently serving as a docente at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and UCES - Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales, Débora also provides nutritional consultancy at a private practice and works as a nutritionist at Sanatorio Mater Dei. Previously, roles included nutritionist positions at Hospital Muñiz and Hospital Dr. Antonio Cetrangolo, where responsibilities involved managing dietary plans tailored to various medical conditions. Débora holds a degree in Ciencias de la nutrición from the University of Buenos Aires and has pursued numerous postgraduate courses, specializing in topics such as digestive pathologies, sports nutrition, and vegetarian/vegan nutrition.
