Meenakshi Gijare

Meenakshi Gijare has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Meenakshi is currently the Head of Nursing at Sancheti Hospital, starting in November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director at G3 Global Genius Gateway since June 2011. Meenakshi also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Chaitanya Supespeciality Hospital from July 2016 onwards. Meenakshi Gijare was previously the Nursing Head at Cloudnine Healthcare Facility, where they managed nursing services for two units in Pune and handled nursing administration and quality assurance. Meenakshi worked at Cloudnine Healthcare Facility from November 2014 to May 2016. Before that, they held the position of Deputy Director at Symbiosis College of Nursing, Symbiosis International University, Pune from August 2011 to June 2014. Meenakshi Gijare also has experience as a Principal at Jehangir Teaching Institutes from June 2010 to August 2011 and as a Nursing Superintendent at Apollo Hospitals Enterprises Ltd - Jehangir Hospital from May 2007 to June 2010. Meenakshi started their career as a Lecturer at PAD Dr. D Y Patil College of Nursing in 2003.

Meenakshi Gijare has a diverse education history in the field of healthcare. Meenakshi obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Medico Legal Systems with a PG Diploma from Symbiosis International University from 2022 to 2023. During the same period, they also pursued a PG Diploma in Hospital Planning and Design from the same university.

In 2016 to 2017, Meenakshi completed a Fellowship in Quality in Healthcare from the International Society for Quality in Health Care. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Health Care Systems from Silkkim Manipal University from 2011 to 2013.

Meenakshi pursued an M.Phil in Hospital & Healthcare Administration from The Global Open University of Nagaland, New Delhi from 2009 to 2011. Meenakshi also holds a degree in M.S. Psychotherapy and Counselling with a specialization in Psychotherapy and Counselling from IPMS Mumbai from 2007 to 2009.

Meenakshi'seducation journey in healthcare started with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc) from SNDT University, which they completed from 1992 to 2003. Meenakshi further specialized in the field of Psychiatric Nursing and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Nursing from L T College of Nursing from 1996 to 2003.

In addition to their educational achievements, Meenakshi Gijare has acquired certifications to enhance their professional expertise. In 2008, they obtained the NABH Assessor certification from the Quality Council of India. In 2016, they became a JCI CIA (Certified Internal Auditor - JCI) through Six Sigma Healthcare in New Delhi.
