Can Özdemir

Can Özdemir has been working in the engineering field since 2016. Can started with the Formula UBC SAE Racing Team, where they held the roles of Technical Director & Powertrain Lead, Electrical Team Lead, and Electrical Team Member. In 2022, they began working for Sanctuary as a Research & Development Engineer and a Robotics Co-op.

Can Özdemir obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of British Columbia between 2016 and 2022. Prior to this, they attended Hisar School from 2012 to 2016, graduating with a High School degree in the Science/Math track. In March 2018, they also obtained the Solidworks CSWA certification from Dassault Systèmes.
