Paola Neira

Paola Neira is a Contracts and Procurement Analyst at the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) since June 2021, responsible for reviewing scopes of work, analyzing project-related data, and assisting project managers in contract negotiations. Previously, Paola gained experience as a Contracts and Procurement Intern at SANDAG, an Assistant for Council President Georgette Gomez in the City of San Diego, and held positions in client services at First Republic Private Wealth Management and First Republic Bank. Paola also contributed to various organizations, including Voto Latino and Congressman McNerney's campaign, and held leadership roles in student government. Paola earned a Master’s degree in Public Policy from San Diego State University.
