Ana Luiza Meneses

Ana Luiza Meneses has a solid work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Ana Luiza started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at BENASSI MINAS Exportação e Importação Ltda., where they were responsible for all stages of the hiring process and employee attraction. Later, they worked as a Human Resources Analyst at Maximo Consultoria, handling generalist HR responsibilities and implementing branding strategies.

Ana Luiza then transitioned into the tech industry, joining Rock Content as a Tech Recruiter and later as a Senior Global Tech Recruiter - HR Analyst. In these roles, they planned and executed talent attraction strategies, performed all steps of the hiring process for the technology team, and identified innovative employer branding strategies.

Afterwards, Ana joined Pismo as a Senior Global Product Recruiter, where they handled hiring processes for the Product, Marketing, and Clients areas and contributed to various people team projects.

Ana Luiza then moved to UXCam, where they held multiple roles, including Global Talent Acquisition Manager and Global People HR Specialist & Talent Acquisition Manager. In these positions, they focused on global HR strategies, ideated initiatives for remote and global experiences, monitored HR metrics, and performed hiring processes at all levels.

Currently, Ana serves as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Sandbox Group, where they oversee the end-to-end recruitment performance in various locations globally and restructured recruitment and selection processes. Ana Luiza also leads employer branding initiatives and global onboarding.

Ana Luiza Meneses has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Gestão de Pessoas from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they completed from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Psicologia with a focus on Psicologia Organizacional from Universidade FUMEC - Oficial, which they attended from 2013 to 2018.
