Atashi Basu

Atashi Basu has a strong background in the technology industry, with over 20 years of experience in various roles. Atashi is currently the Head of Product, Simulation at SandboxAQ, where they are responsible for leading the product team. Prior to this, Atashi worked at Lam Research as the Senior Director, Product Line Head, overseeing the Product Management Team and Application Team. Atashi delivered solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce process development time. At Applied Materials, they served as the Technology Manager, leading the Computational Chemistry and Materials Design team. At Intel Corporation, Atashi worked as a Staff Engineer, and at Stanford University, they were a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, focusing on atomistic simulations and publishing numerous articles. Atashi also gained experience as a Visiting Scientist at Michigan State University and served as a Lecturer at Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences.

Atashi Basu obtained a PhD in Theoretical Chemistry from the University of Cologne. Atashi completed their studies from 2001 to 2004.
