Peter Sarvari

Peter Sarvari is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in restaurant and catering management. Currently serving as the Head of Sanders Hospitality and Guest Managers at Sanders since January 2019, Peter also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Nordic Housing from January 2019 to December 2022. Peter has entrepreneurial experience as the Owner of CP Cooking, a catering and event business from January 2013 to December 2018, and co-owned Bock Bisztró in Copenhagen from August 2011 to January 2013. Previous roles include Restaurant Manager at Huks Fluks from August 2009 to July 2011 and a significant tenure at Crystal Cruises from January 1995 to January 2008 as both Restaurant Manager and Head Waiter. Peter holds a High School Diploma in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from hungar Hotel School and received further education at the Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management in Salzburg.
