Troy Snell

Troy (Slim) Snell is an experienced construction manager and mine foreman currently employed at Sandfire Resources NL since September 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing the Monty Project construction and various infrastructure works. Prior experience with Macmahon from 2005 to 2015 involved roles as mine superintendent and foreman, focusing on project management, planning, scheduling, and operational input for underground mining projects, including the Argyle Block Cave expansion and Olympic Dam. Educational qualifications include an Underground Supervisor Certificate of Competency, Financial Acumen, and various certifications in Work Health and Safety and Frontline Management.
